4. Cookies, analytics and session tools

MarketMare may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to operate the website, remember choices, understand usage and attribute partner referrals.

  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager help us understand visits, traffic sources and website performance.
  • Microsoft Clarity helps us understand how pages are used through interaction data such as clicks, scrolling and session recordings. Sensitive form content should be masked by the provider.
  • Rewardful helps attribute visits and purchases to referral partners.
  • LaunchPass and Stripe may use necessary security and payment technologies when you visit their checkout or membership pages.

Non-essential analytics or referral technologies should be used only with your consent where required. Where a cookie preference control is displayed, you can use it to change or withdraw your choice. You may also restrict or remove cookies through your browser, although some functionality may be affected.

5. Who we share information with

We share personal information only where reasonably necessary with:

  • Telegram, to provide bot messages and account-linked functionality;

  • website hosting, database, analytics, security and technical service providers;
  • professional advisers, insurers, regulators, courts or public authorities where required; and
  • a purchaser or successor if MarketMare is reorganised, sold or transferred, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

These organisations may act as processors, independent controllers or both, depending on the service. Their own privacy policies may also apply.

We do not sell your personal information. We also do not share it with unrelated organisations for their own direct marketing.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where UK data-protection law requires safeguards, we rely on recognised adequacy regulations, approved contractual protections or another lawful transfer mechanism. You can contact us for more information about relevant safeguards.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, including providing the service, maintaining security, resolving disputes and meeting tax, accounting and legal obligations.

Retention periods vary by record. Active subscription and bot information is generally kept while your account is in use. Support, transaction and compliance records may be retained after cancellation where needed. Analytics and technical logs are retained according to operational settings and provider controls. Information is deleted, anonymised or securely restricted when no longer required.
