Terms of Service
These terms apply to your use of MarketMare, including the website, Telegram channels, Telegram bots, MarketMare Pro and related services.
1. About MarketMare
MarketMare Pro is a Telegram based market scanning, notification and performance tracking tool for UK and Irish horse racing. It compares bookmaker prices against exchange markets and other pricing data, then helps users follow preset systems, build custom filters, track P/L and review potential pricing discrepancies.
MarketMare does not accept bets, process wagers, hold customer betting funds, operate as a bookmaker or place bets on behalf of users. Any betting activity is carried out independently by the user with third-party operators.
2. Age restriction
You must be at least 18 years old to use MarketMare. By using the service, you confirm that you are legally allowed to access betting-related information in your location.
3. Information only, no guarantee of profit
MarketMare provides market data, notifications, preset systems, filters, tracking and analysis tools only. It does not provide financial advice, gambling advice or guaranteed outcomes. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Betting involves risk and you may lose money.
4. User responsibility
You are responsible for your own staking, bookmaker accounts, exchange accounts, betting decisions, tax position, compliance with local laws and gambling behaviour. You should never bet more than you can afford to lose.
5. Subscriptions and access
Paid access to MarketMare Pro is handled through third-party payment and membership providers such as Launchpass and Stripe. Your access may be removed, paused or revoked if payment fails, a subscription is cancelled, or the membership provider reports that access is no longer valid.
6. Refunds
Unless stated otherwise, subscription payments are non-refundable once access has been provided. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us as soon as possible at support@marketmare.com.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, abuse, automate or share MarketMare notifications, preset systems, bot access, paid content, data, screenshots or tools without permission. Account sharing is not allowed.
8. Service availability
MarketMare depends on third-party platforms, data sources, Telegram, payment providers and hosting providers. We aim to keep the service running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect data availability or that every notification will arrive instantly.
9. Data accuracy
MarketMare aims to provide accurate odds, notifications, results, P/L and closing value data. However, data can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect due to third-party feeds, settlement changes, non-runners, Rule 4 deductions, best odds guaranteed rules, bookmaker changes, exchange movements or technical issues.
10. Responsible gambling
MarketMare is only for adults who understand the risks of betting. Betting should never be treated as guaranteed income. If betting stops feeling controlled, stop using betting products and seek support through responsible gambling organisations such as BeGambleAware.org.
11. Changes to the service
We may update features, pricing, access rules, notifications, filters, preset systems, data sources or these terms at any time. Continued use of MarketMare after changes means you accept the updated terms.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MarketMare is not liable for betting losses, missed bets, restricted bookmaker accounts, data errors, technical outages, payment provider issues, Telegram issues or decisions made based on MarketMare information.
