This Privacy Policy explains how MarketMare may collect, use and protect information when you use the website, Telegram bots, Telegram channels, MarketMare Pro and related services.

1. What MarketMare is

MarketMare Pro is a Telegram based market scanning, notification and performance tracking tool for UK and Irish horse racing. It helps users scan bookmaker and exchange pricing data, use preset systems, configure notification filters, track P/L and review system performance.

MarketMare does not accept bets, process wagers, hold betting funds or operate as a bookmaker.

2. Information we may collect

  • Basic account details needed to manage access, such as Telegram username, Telegram user ID or subscription status.
  • Payment and subscription status from third-party providers such as Launchpass or Stripe. We do not store full card details.
  • Bot usage data, such as selected filters, feed settings, preset system usage, notification preferences, P/L view settings and interaction logs.
  • Technical data, such as page visits, device/browser information, IP address and basic analytics if analytics tools are used.
  • Messages or support requests you send to us.

3. How we use information

  • To provide access to MarketMare Pro, Telegram channels and Telegram bots.
  • To check subscription status and manage entitlements.
  • To save your feed settings, preset system usage, notification preferences and P/L tracking views.
  • To improve the product, fix bugs and monitor service performance.
  • To respond to support requests.
  • To protect the service from abuse, account sharing or unauthorised access.

4. Payment data

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Launchpass and Stripe. MarketMare does not store full payment card numbers. Payment processing is governed by the privacy policies and terms of those providers.

5. Telegram data

MarketMare operates through Telegram. When you interact with MarketMare bots or channels, Telegram may process your data under its own policies. We may store the Telegram identifiers required to provide access and personalise your bot experience.

6. Cookies and analytics

The website may use essential cookies, hosting logs and analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity to understand usage and improve the service.

7. Sharing information

We do not sell personal data. We may share limited information with service providers where required to run the product, such as hosting providers, Telegram, Launchpass, Stripe, analytics tools or technical infrastructure providers.
