1. About these terms

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and MarketMare when you access our website, Telegram bots, alerts, data, tools or paid services. In these terms, “MarketMare”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the MarketMare service.

By creating an account, starting a subscription or using the service, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use MarketMare.

2. The MarketMare service

MarketMare is a horse racing market scanning and information service. It may compare bookmaker prices with exchange or other reference prices, apply preset or user-selected filters, send Telegram notifications, provide backtesting and tracking tools, and display historical results.

MarketMare is not a bookmaker, betting exchange, financial adviser or betting operator. It does not place bets for you and does not guarantee that an alert, filter, system or strategy will be profitable.

Information may come from third-party sources and can be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for checking all prices, race details, market rules, account restrictions and decisions before acting.

3. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to use MarketMare.
• You must use the service only where doing so is lawful.
• You must provide accurate information and keep access to your Telegram and payment accounts secure.
• A subscription is for the named subscriber and may not be shared, resold or used to operate a competing service.

We may ask for reasonable information to verify entitlement to the service or investigate suspected misuse.

4. Subscriptions, pricing and renewal

Paid access is offered as a recurring subscription. The price, billing frequency, any introductory offer and the amount charged after an introductory period will be shown before you subscribe. Unless you cancel, your subscription renews automatically at the stated recurring price using your selected payment method.

When advertised, code 50OFF reduces the first monthly payment from £49.99 to £24.99. Unless cancelled, the subscription then renews at £49.99 per month. Introductory pricing normally applies only once per customer unless we state otherwise. We may refuse repeated promotional sign-ups or combine duplicate accounts reasonably believed to belong to the same person.

Payments may be processed through LaunchPass, Stripe or another payment provider. Their separate terms and privacy practices may also apply. You are responsible for keeping your payment details current.

If we change the recurring price, we will give reasonable advance notice. The new price will apply to a later renewal, giving you an opportunity to cancel before it takes effect.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel at any time through the membership-management option supplied with your subscription or by contacting support@marketmare.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless we tell you otherwise, access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

If the service is faulty, materially not as described, unavailable for a substantial period because of our failure, or a payment was taken incorrectly, contact us promptly. We will assess the issue and provide any remedy required by law.

If applicable law gives you a cooling-off right, you may exercise it by emailing us. Where you expressly request immediate access during a cooling-off period, the amount refundable may be reduced to reflect service already supplied. Any legal rights that cannot validly be excluded remain unaffected.

6. Access, changes and availability

We aim to keep MarketMare available, but continuous or error-free access is not guaranteed. Racing feeds, bookmakers, exchanges, Telegram, hosting services and other third parties may fail, delay information, restrict access or change their systems without notice.

We may maintain, update, replace or remove features where reasonably necessary. We may also adjust preset filters and calculations as the product develops. If a change materially reduces the core paid service during your current billing period, contact us so we can consider an appropriate remedy.

Alerts are not forced. The number and timing of alerts depend on available races, prices, liquidity, data and the filters in use. A quiet period or a period with no qualifying alerts is not by itself a service fault.

7. Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use MarketMare for your own personal, lawful purposes. You must not:

• share, republish, sell or redistribute paid alerts, downloads, results or account access;
• scrape, copy, reverse engineer or attempt to bypass access controls;
• use automated tools in a way that disrupts the service or places an unreasonable load on it;
• misrepresent MarketMare, its results or your relationship with us; or
• use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activity.

MarketMare’s branding, website content, alert formats, software, databases and original materials remain our property or that of our licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

8. Results, betting risk and responsible use

Past performance, closing value, backtests, profit and loss figures and example alerts do not guarantee future results. Backtested or tracked results may not reflect the prices, availability, limits, commission, deductions or circumstances experienced by every user.

Betting involves the risk of losing money. You decide whether to place any bet, what amount to stake and whether gambling is appropriate for you. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or your statutory consumer rights.

Subject to that, MarketMare is supplied for personal information and research purposes. We are not responsible for betting losses or for losses caused by price changes, unavailable prices, account restrictions, third-party data, Telegram delivery failures, third-party outages, or decisions you make using the service.

We are not liable for business losses, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or indirect or unforeseeable losses arising from consumer use of MarketMare. Where we are legally responsible for a foreseeable loss caused by our breach, our liability will be determined under applicable law.

10. Suspension and ending access

We may suspend or end access where a payment fails, a subscription ends, these terms are materially breached, misuse threatens the service or other users, or we are required to do so by law or a third-party platform.

Where reasonable, we will explain the reason and allow you to correct the issue. Serious misuse, fraud, redistribution of paid content or attempts to compromise the service may result in immediate termination. Any refund due will be handled in accordance with these terms and applicable law.

11. General terms

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal or operational changes. Material changes will be communicated reasonably before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means the updated terms apply, but changes will not remove rights already accrued.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations where this does not reduce your protections.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law.
